Need more time to breathe, relax and let off steam.
Have specific or additional learning needs e.g ADHD, ASD.
Need a break from technology & screen- time.
Would benefit from mental health & wellness support i.e. anxiety, depression, trauma.
Have challenging behaviours or struggling with mainstream education.
Would benefit from spending quality time together in the woods with their parent or carer.
Whether our children are tree climbing, using tools or enjoying a quiet moment to connect with the ‘more than human’, each activity encourages healthy social & physical development. All planned activities are inspired by the 6 SPICES of wellbeing:
